Launchfy Support

Preparing Your Website

Launchfy.support is a service that lets you create a site like this —
with the “help” part replaced by your own app name — in just three minutes.

Why does an app release need a web service?

Even after the main app development is finished, there are many preparations outside the app itself required for release. A website is particularly often necessary.

1. "Mandatory" requirements for store review and compliance

For App Store and Google Play reviews, submission of web pages (URLs) such as a Privacy Policy and Terms of Service is mandatory. A support site where users can contact you is also required.

2. Support setup that allows immediate fixes without an app update

If help or FAQs are hardcoded into the app, even a minor text correction requires resubmission and re-release of the app. If you manage these as web pages, updates are instantaneous. You also gain the benefit of centrally managing documentation common to Android, iOS, and Web.

3. "Technical" requirements for monetization and improved UX

If you plan to serve in-app ads via AdMob, you must publish a file called app-ads.txt and include the information specified by ad providers such as AdMob. Similarly, creating app deep links often requires publishing spec-compliant files on the web.

Only item 1 is absolutely required at release, but once you start operations you’ll likely consider item 2. Item 3 becomes necessary as soon as those features are needed.

With Launchfy you don’t need to set up servers. Write Markdown and everything is ready.

Launchfy.Support is a hosting partner for app developers. It makes your current tasks much easier.

  • ⚡️ Infrastructure done in 3 minutes Simply enable a subdomain and a website with reserved paths like privacy-policy and faq is instantly available. No DNS settings, SSL certificates, or server contracts are required. A contact form page that can be registered as a support site is also included.

  • 🛠 Automatic hosting of technical files In addition to submission URLs, technical files required for ads and link association (e.g. app-ads.txt) are published together. You can meet platform requirements without complex server configuration.

  • 📝 Easy creation with Markdown Create content using familiar Markdown. Embedding images and internal links is simple. General website hosting services offer many features for high-design pages, but that often makes the UI complex and takes time to learn. Launchfy uses Markdown, so there’s no need to master complicated operations. You can have AI generate content and simply copy-paste to finish.

  • Multilingual support included Locale (language) selection for users is built in. By preparing multiple contents, you can serve language-specific content under the same URL. All body content can be written in Markdown, so translating it produces content in other languages easily. You can also localize image captions without needing separate images per language. This dramatically reduces translation and localization operating costs.

Why are existing tools insufficient?

Generic web builders do not consider the "circumstances of app developers." Launchfy.Support is the only solution specialized for developers.
