For solo developers running an app, it’s quite important. Even if you can’t prepare full help documentation, simply listing frequently asked questions will significantly reduce the number of inquiries.

Launchfy's FAQ feature

Launchfy provides an admin interface where you can register individual FAQ items and a page to list them. If hosting is enabled, you can access it at https://{サブドメイン}.launchfy.site/faq — please check.

You can create categories for FAQs and register a Q & A for each FAQ item. Changing sort order and moving items between categories is easy.

This also supports multiple languages: just prepare translated data for each language. The registration screen includes a translation feature as well, so please use it.
